I wish to add a further comment to those I had made in the Guest Book on 10/09/07. At 10.30am on 21/12/08 I discussed with James a problem I had with my central heating system. From my lay explanation, James diagnosed the fault, arranged for an engineer's visit and by 2.30pm that same afternoon the problem (a component failure) was resolved and the system once again working perfectly. Again I'm pleased to say - First Call by name - first class by nature! I will continue to recommend First Call to anyone who requires a reliable and efficient Company for all their heating needs.
We have always had problems with our heating system and cold radiators, I called my brother for help and he attached his new powerflushing machine to the system, I could not believe the amount of dirt that he got out the system even after we have drained it several times, thanks brother I would certainly recommend this for your customers who have radiators with cold areas or radiators that don't work. James came and gave us an estimate for a new Worcester boiler on Tuesday and it was fitted on Thursday. Competitive pricing and excellent service from beginning to end. We will definitely be recommending First Call Heating to friends and family.
Keith installed a new boiler, tank and control system for us in a new airing cupboard upstairs. This involved rerouting almost all the pipe-work, flushing out the old system and also relocating the tanks in the loft. Keith and the team did an excellent job and left us tidy and with water every evening. Would strongly recommend you to anyone.
